Aqu\u00ed tienes una lista de 5 ingredientes t\u00edpicos de M\u00e9xico para una comida tradicional, f\u00e1ciles de encontrar y preparar. \u00a1Pru\u00e9balos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SALSA:<\/strong>&nbsp;Los mexicanos no pueden vivir sin salsas. Cruda o cocida, la salsa se convierte en el alma de cualquier platillo, la principal fuente de sabor y color. Los ingredientes b\u00e1sicos de una salsa tradicional son: tomates (rojos o verdes), cilantro, cebolla, ajo y cualquier variedad de los famosos chiles mexicanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed s\u00f3lo algunos que encontrar\u00e1s casi en cualquier lugar, para comer con totopos o como tu plato fuerte: pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa roja o verde picante, y por qu\u00e9 no, mole poblano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>LIMA:<\/strong> La lima es m\u00e1s popular de lo que crees. No solo es esencial para las margaritas, la cerveza o para acompa\u00f1ar un trago de tequila. Los mexicanos le echan jugo de lima a pr\u00e1cticamente todo. Tacos, carne de res, cerdo, mariscos, sopas, consom\u00e9, pozole, pico de gallo, guacamole, verduras, ceviches, tostadas y fruta; no hay l\u00edmite. La lima (en M\u00e9xico llamada <em>lim\u00f3n)<\/em> es verde, \u00e1cida y jugosa, uno de los ingredientes sin los cuales no pueden vivir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>AGUACATE<\/strong>: M\u00e9xico es el principal exportador de aguacate del mundo, vendiendo 1.4 millones de toneladas de producto al a\u00f1o. El aguacate siempre ha sido un ingrediente importante en la gastronom\u00eda mexicana y recientemente se ha considerado un s\u00faper alimento, aumentando su demanda en todo el mundo.
