Es una festividad que rebosa de color, m\u00fasica, costumbres, decoraci\u00f3n, simbolismo, sabores, religi\u00f3n y tradiciones milenarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Las tradiciones son la transmisi\u00f3n de costumbres o creencias de una generaci\u00f3n a la siguiente, y no es tarea f\u00e1cil definir cu\u00e1ndo una tradici\u00f3n se basa en hechos o en supersticiones. Al final, da igual, los mexicanos tienen la capacidad de integrarlo todo en cada una de sus festividades culturales, incluyendo el humor, la comida y la fe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong> es un pa\u00eds grande y diverso, y cada regi\u00f3n tiene su propio conjunto de comidas y recetas habituales para cada ocasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">A continuaci\u00f3n se presentan algunos de los platillos m\u00e1s representativos que se preparan en torno a las festividades del D\u00eda de Muertos, entre recetas y supersticiones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day of the Dead Bread \u2013&nbsp;Pan de Muerto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un pan t\u00edpico que se encuentra en todo el pa\u00eds solo durante los meses de octubre y noviembre. Se encuentra en panader\u00edas y mercados. Es un pan redondo, dulce y esponjoso, cubierto con peque\u00f1as decoraciones de pan en forma de hueso hechas con masa y espolvoreadas con az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mole<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Esta es una de las creaciones gourmet mexicanas m\u00e1s complejas y elaboradas. Se necesitan m\u00e1s de 55 ingredientes frescos para preparar esta delicia desde cero: dedicaci\u00f3n, paciencia y amor son los componentes principales. El mole es un platillo que se suele preparar para celebrar ocasiones especiales. Es b\u00e1sicamente una salsa espesa agridulce preparada con diferentes tipos de chiles secos, chocolate, tortilla, nueces, almendras, canela, clavo de olor, ajonjol\u00ed, ajo y cebolla. Dependiendo de la regi\u00f3n el color puede variar, rojo, negro, caf\u00e9 o amarillo. El mole poblano y oaxaque\u00f1o son los mejores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Atole<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Esta es una bebida espesa y tradicional sin alcohol hecha con ma\u00edz, canela y vainilla. Se sirve caliente y se considera una bebida reconfortante durante el D\u00eda de Muertos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Champurrado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta bebida lleva atole con chocolate a\u00f1adido. Es una de las favoritas de los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tamales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Los tamales son imprescindibles en cualquier celebraci\u00f3n mexicana. Es un platillo elaborado que requiere de varias manos para prepararlo. En la pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n se prepara un tamal grande llamado Mucbipollo, hecho con ma\u00edz, axiote, manteca, pollo o cerdo, envuelto cuidadosamente en hojas de pl\u00e1tano y horneado en un horno artesanal, haciendo un hoyo en el suelo. Este tamal solo se puede disfrutar durante las festividades del D\u00eda de Muertos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calabaza Confitada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Tambi\u00e9n llamada \"calabaza en tacha\", se elabora con calabazas cultivadas casi expresamente para este uso. Las rodajas de calabaza se cocinan en un alm\u00edbar de piloncillo (az\u00facar moreno sin refinar), una aut\u00e9ntica delicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Este a\u00f1o, en el Hotel Caba\u00f1as Tulum y el hotel The Beach Tulum, as\u00ed como en Ziggy\u2019s Tulum, tambi\u00e9n se exhibir\u00e1 un altar para el D\u00eda de Muertos y ofrecer\u00e1n una degustaci\u00f3n de Pan de Muerto durante el desayuno, compartiendo con los hu\u00e9spedes sus tradiciones y cultura.
