\u00bfCu\u00e1l ser\u00eda el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una excelente\u00a0copa de vino<\/strong>?\u00a0 Tulum<\/strong>, por supuesto, tumbado en una suave cama de playa mientras escuchas el sonido de las olas al ver la puesta de sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hasta hace poco, M\u00e9xico era conocido principalmente por el tequila, la cerveza y el mezcal. Los vinos mexicanos han ido ganando popularidad entre los consumidores nacionales e internacionales. Las j\u00f3venes y prometedoras bodegas mexicanas aportan sabores frescos y creatividad a la industria y actualmente exportan a Estados Unidos y Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La industria vin\u00edcola mexicana tiene alrededor de 500 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad. Con el choque cultural espa\u00f1ol en Am\u00e9rica y su posterior conquista de M\u00e9xico, junto con muchas otras cosas, lleg\u00f3 la uva. Misioneros y sacerdotes cat\u00f3licos plantaron vides, implementando una nueva producci\u00f3n local que madurar\u00eda con el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El norte de Baja California, un terreno con mayores altitudes y un clima seco, es la regi\u00f3n vin\u00edcola m\u00e1s grande de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y produce la mayor\u00eda de los mejores vinos nacionales, albergando alrededor de 200 bodegas de tama\u00f1o peque\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Valle de Guadalupe<\/strong> est\u00e1 ubicado a unos 100 kil\u00f3metros al sur de la ciudad fronteriza de Tijuana y se beneficia de la humedad de la brisa del oc\u00e9ano, mientras que el estado de Sonora encuentra grandes ventajas en su desierto alto y seco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otras regiones productoras de vino se ubican en Quer\u00e9taro, Aguascalientes, Durango, San Luis Potos\u00ed y Guanajuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El enoturismo<\/strong> es ahora una industria lucrativa en M\u00e9xico. La Ruta del Vino<\/em><\/strong> se ha convertido en un famoso recorrido por diferentes bodegas dentro del Valle de Guadalupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Restaurante Ziggy\u2019s ofrece y promueve a productores y proveedores locales. Cuentan con su propia selecci\u00f3n de vinos mexicanos, seleccionados entre una amplia variedad y cultivados en diferentes regiones del pa\u00eds. En el Bar de Ziggy hay una cata de vinos mexicanos todos los jueves a las 6:00 p. m. El experimentado chef de Ziggy preparar\u00e1 deliciosos entremeses para maridar con nuestras opciones de vino. Tambi\u00e9n le presentar\u00e1 las diferentes regiones vin\u00edcolas mexicanas, su diferente selecci\u00f3n de uvas y su historia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blanco:<\/strong>\u00a0Semill\u00f3n 2018, Torre de Tierra, Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tinto:<\/strong>\u00a0Nebbiolo 2015, Barisal, Ojos Negros, Baja California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si decides quedarte a cenar o tienes gusto por una textura m\u00e1s compleja, tienen una\u00a0Selecci\u00f3n de la Casa<\/strong> de vinos de gama alta, como el 3V Gran Reserva 2016 de Casa Madero para maridar con una excelente comida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estos vinos no solo son licores de alta calidad, sino que tambi\u00e9n son una combinaci\u00f3n perfecta para disfrutar del atardecer en la playa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
